Before you order.
What do I need to send?
Just 3 to 5 clear phone photos of your pet. You add them on the book page before checkout (or right after, if you prefer). A face in good light helps most.
Will it really look like my pet?
You preview your whole book before anything is printed, usually 2 to 5 minutes after you order. If something is off, ask for a remake and tell us what to change. Nothing prints until you say “Love it.”
How do remakes work?
You can ask for up to two remakes of your pet’s portrait, with a note on what to change. Each remake is made fresh, so it won’t be identical to the last one.
How long does it take?
Your preview is ready 2 to 5 minutes after you order. Once you confirm, your book is made to order in 3 to 5 business days, then delivered free: 6 to 8 business days in the US, 3 to 5 to the UK and Canada, 10 to 12 to Australia and New Zealand.
Where is it made?
Your book is made to order, just for you: printed in rich color, bound into a hardcover, and checked before it ships. It is one of a kind, never mass-produced or sitting in a warehouse.
What is the book like?
A matte hardcover, 8.5 x 11 inches, with full-color pages on heavy coated paper, large full-page illustrations, and the text set in a classic serif.
What text is used?
Each story uses the World English Bible, word for word, a public domain translation. Your pet appears as themselves, a quiet witness to the story, never in place of anyone sacred.
Can I choose a different art style?
Every book comes in our Signature Gouache style. You can upgrade to Impressionist Oil, Antique Engraving or Watercolor & Ink for $15.
